We also decided to continue level model from first webinar. SO this one also doesn't depend of your level of knowledge about Excel. We concentrated on working in HR departtment with datas, showing you the "second face" of datas. Finding a deadlines for agreements, calculate years of work - for office equipment, as well as for employees and checking lenght of projects. But also we are showing you mistakes in funciotns "counting month" and "M" "D" arguments. Below you can finde some of formulas, purpose and results of using them. Have fun! In the this webinar from excel-webinar.com were decided to merge some information from first webinar and show other possibilities of using them. We are talking about different things, that you can do with data in HR department. Our trainer showed some of fomulas to use in this type of work. All showed functions and formulas was based on machines and projects subjests, but can be well used for people, worteams etc. And ofcourse for all elementh that we mentioned in the article before webinar.   • I - START DATE, EX. DATE OF AGREEMENT SIGNED
  • II - CALCULATE
    "D" - for day
    "M" - for month
    "Y" - for year

=TODAY()+(I-II) - counting when the required amount of time will pass

  • I - REQUIRED AMOUNT OF TIME, EX. HOW MANY DAYS
  • II - TIME ALREADY PASSED, THIS DATA MUST BE IN THE SAME FORMAT AS REQUIRED RESULT
